  Rare high-end arts&craft teapot. An absolute precursor of the later on established Bauhaus with the difference that this kettle is made about 1890-1900. This progressive design is of a very high craftsmenship simular to Christopher Dresser (Gb), Charles Boyton and Jan Eisenloeffel (NL). As far as we know there is only one kettle known that is simular in shape, however less steady then the one we have. Dimensions: square base: 19 x 19 cm, height: 23 cm. Origin: France/England. Year: about 1900.
